Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Our orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL Express depending on which is most cost effective. Orders ship from Austin, TX.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. All orders received through our online store will be processed within 3-4 working days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
International customers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, and fees of import.
R E T U R N S
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need an email order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer is responsible for return shipping, and we suggest shipping via trackable common carrier such as UPS, or USPS. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
